In Middleton, these homeowners wanted to transform their existing home into a more modern, comfortable, and beautifully connected space for everyday life. With a renovation that began as a surprise from husband to wife, the project called for thoughtful changes throughout the home while preserving the feeling of a place already filled with memories.

In collaboration with SV Design, Windhill Builders and Windhill Woodworks helped turn a much-loved house into a home that feels renewed, more functional, and distinctly suited to the way this family lives today. The result is not a completely different house, it is a thoughtful transformation of the home they already knew and loved, with each improvement designed to make it work beautifully for the next chapter.
