PEACH’S POINT
Marblehead, Massachusetts
North Shore Coastal Retreat
A rambling and decaying shingle-sided family “summer camp” on Peach’s Point was transformed into a stunning year round coastal retreat. The existing structure, exposed for generations to the harsh elements of the Atlantic coast, posed major technical challenges, requiring the addition of new utilities, foundation, insulation and systems throughout. Our team not only brought the structure to 21st century standards, but also crafted a richly layered design, full of intricate millwork, fine finishes and premium materials. The result is a home that performs like new construction, but feels like it’s been there forever.
