A client with vision for modern interiors, but a keen sense of coastal New England architectural heritage drove the refreshed design and construction of this 4,300 SF contemporary home in Ipswich, MA. Windhill was employed to build both the sleek modern primary suite and bathroom renovations inside, as well as the complete overhaul of the exterior. The re-clad round fieldstone foundation, red cedar shingle siding, architecturally historic windows and a grand new front porch was added to create a more timeless facade.
